Reporting Bugs

If you encounter unexpected behavior in SimpleLogs, we want to hear about it.

General bugs

For product bugs — broken UI, incorrect data, SDK errors, or API issues — open a support ticket by emailing support@simplelogs.io. Include as much context as possible:

  • A description of the expected vs. actual behavior
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Any relevant log output, error messages, or screenshots
  • Your SDK version (if applicable)

Bug bounty program

SimpleLogs runs a bug bounty program for security vulnerabilities. If you discover a potential security issue — including authentication bypasses, data exposure, injection vulnerabilities, or privilege escalation — please disclose it responsibly rather than opening a public issue.

To submit a security finding:

Send an email to support@simplelogs.io with the subject line Security Disclosure and include:

  • A clear description of the vulnerability
  • Steps to reproduce or a proof of concept
  • The potential impact

We review all submissions and respond as quickly as possible. Valid findings are rewarded based on severity. We ask that you give us reasonable time to investigate and patch before any public disclosure.
